Nicole Constante joined DeVerna Law in 2022 as a civil rights paralegal. Ms. Constante studied law at the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil (UCSG) located in Ecuador. While in law school she worked at the school's Law Clinic where she provided legal assistance to the less fortunate. In private practice she worked in bankruptcy and transit. After moving to the United States, Ms. Constante completed her paralegal course at BARBRI (CLS). Ms. Constante is fluent in Spanish and English
Guri Baliashvili joined DeVerna Law in May 2023 and works as a Civil Rights and Human Rights paralegal. Mr. Baliashvili is a Constitutional and International Human Rights Lawyer. Mr. Baliashvili holds Bachelor's (2019) and a Master's (2021) degree in Constitutional and Human Rights Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Mr. Baliashvili has experience working as a researcher, Program Manager for different NGOs in Georgia. He is also a co-author of several blogs and research. At different times, he has studied at the European University Viadrina (Germany), Riga Graduate School of Law (Latvia), and Lund University ( Sweden). He has passed the Georgian Bar Association exam in General specialization. Mr. Baliashvili is fluent in English, Russian, and Georgian.

Giorgi Tsikarishvili joined DeVerna Law in 2022 and works as a civil rights and human rights paralegal. Mr. Tsikarishvili is a lawyer, former prosecutor, and human rights activist. Mr. Tsikarishvili has a master's degree in criminal law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. At different times, he has studied at Tartu University (Estonia) and Friedrich Schiller University Jena in Germany. He has passed qualification exams for the State Inspector’s Service investigator and the qualification exam of the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia. Mr. Tsikarishvili is fluent in English, Russian, and Georgian.

Mariam Kutaladze joined DeVerna Law in 2022 and works as a civil rights and human rights paralegal. Ms. Kutaladze is a graduate of Tbilisi State University Law School. During her LLM in Georgia, she became a scholar at Lyon Catholic University, France (International Business Law). She is Experienced in working with different public institutions in Georgia such as Ministry of Justice of Georgia, Public Service Development Agency, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Central Criminal Police Department, International Law Enforcement Cooperation Centre; National Wildlife Agency. She passed a Georgian National Bar Exam. Ms. Kutaladze is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Georgian.

Alyssa Sanchez Wright joined DeVerna Law in 2022 as a civil rights paralegal, while finishing up her law degree at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Sanchez-Wright clerked during a summer for the Honorable Judge Donald L. Graham of the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida. She competed in a National Moot Court Competition and an ABA client counseling competition. She also supported the Family Law Clinic and Veterans Law Clinic, where she provided free legal services for low income individuals for a total of 510 hours. At DeVerna Law, Ms. Sanchez-Wright uses her passion and extensive experience in social justice and civil rights advocacy to provide legal services in the area of police misconduct. Ms. Sanchez-Wright is currently licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.* Ms. Sanchez-Wright is fluent in English and Spanish.
